Grace Church desired an innovative way to reach and connect with its members. As the Church grew, so did its need to share information and inspire its members to become involved with the activities and programs offered. Administrators wanted to make an impactful first impression as people walked into the Church’s main entryway.
VitalSigns proposed that a multi-display digital signage system be installed above the Church’s new Welcome Center in the main entryway. The system would provide a means for the people to visually experience the love of Jesus at work through the many aspects of Grace Church. During the Discovery phase, VitalSigns designers worked with administrators at the Church to explore the breadth of uses and content for the displays, and define the strategy for communicating specific information, imagery, motion graphics and other creative media. VitalSigns engineers developed concepts for the physical layout of the displays and specifications for electrical, networking, ventilation and structural mounting elements.
The three-display system uses VitalSigns hardware and software, and is centrally controlled by VitalSigns content management system (CMS). The CMS allows for flexible and timely content updates, and gives Church administrators the ability to display the most relevant and engaging content while reducing its dependency on printed materials.
